Best Plumbing Inspections in Memphis TN

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mitch Wright! The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and was able to dispatch a technician the same day. The service technician, Marlon, was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem that I was having with my A/C unit, and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using Mitch Wright again!

I first used Traditional Plumbing to repair a water heater. Cody came out quick, fixed the problem while explaining what he was doing. I also joined the Plumb Club, a great maintenance program especially for older homes. They check everything, leaks to running a camera through your sewer to check for problems. A++ staff friendly and professional.

Very expensive water heater install (7K) and sent erroneous excess charges added (300$), after the fact, outside our agreed upon price. Called it in and they corrected the extra bill but, wow, way to make me angry. Said it was an internal billing thing that was sent to me because they had my email. Told them their software will create this problem over and over again unless they fix it.Notice how they contact me because of this review. As I said they have my email, my phone etc but do they contact me directly? No, that response below is theater, for your benefit not mine.

Let me say this, when I called their office for a leak in my ceiling, they had a technician onsite within a couple of hours. I was frantic that my ceiling was going to fall in. It turned out to be a stopped up condensate line from my a/c. I really appreciate the office staff for being sympathetic and for the technician for jumping right on the problem and getting my issue solved very quickly.
