I wish I could give six stars. We had a wonderful experience with Smith’s Plumbing. We had a major blockage in our kitchen plumbing line behind the wall. Me and a friend tried to fix it on our without any luck. We called Smith’s Saturday evening and they were at our house the next morning. John S., our tech, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not only did he fix the issues with our plumbing, he took the time to discuss the possible issues and possible solutions for this specific issue and any issues in the future. Luckily for me John was to put everything in layman’s terms for me. I highly recommend Smith’s plumbing and strongly suggest you ask for John S.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

My experience with this business was exceptional. They arrived in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was sold the HVACs Wednesday evening and they were installed bright and early Friday morning. They were able to install two HVAC systems in one day during daylight savings. That was mind blowing to me. Haiden, I believe that is who he was, literally went step by step helping me learn my new thermostat system. He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will definitely use this company again. I didn’t feel like they were trying to con me into buying a new system. Have had Ray Baker Plumbing out to our house twice now, and both times they were fast, friendly, decently priced, and honest. The plumber could have easily convinced me that more work was necessary (I know next to nothing about plumbing), but he assured me that the problem was minor and easily fixed. HIGHLY recommended.

I set up a service call online, and got a confirmation immediately for a plumber service call in the Memphis area. The service technician arrived early, and was clear in explaining the anticipated cost based on his findings. Within just a few minutes, the problem was taken care of.

Mr. Jermaine Ray, Technician came to my house on 1/24/2020 to unstop my bathroom sink. Mr. Ray discussed with us what would need to be done after he checked to find out the cause of the drain being stopped up and told me that a Snake device would be needed to go down the sink drain to unstop and my pipes underneath the sink needed to be remove and the chrome pipes might Crack and he would need to purchase some more pipes which did Crack and had to be removed.
