My first call to Smith...spoke with Angie regarding leak in bathroom. Floor was soaked. She was so sweet and wanted to be sure water was cutoff, took my info and assured me Brenda would call in 30 min to schedule appt. Spoke with Brenda and she was so understanding that I needed some quick attention. She told me someone would be out within 3 hrs. An hour later John came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote to fix, had most things on the truck to complete the job but went to purchase a piece and was back in 30 min to complete the job. I am overwhelmed with the job each person did and so well. 100% satisfied!

Ron and Austan were my techs. Super polite and professional!! Installed a hot water tank and removed and hauled off old one. Cleaned up area. Within 3 hours I had hot water!
