Randy and his helper, Jason, were here to replace a recirculation pump. They were both very professional. Randy explained the work they had completed and even took pictures of the old pump in case I needed them for insurance purposes. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

The house we purchased was on a septic tank and there are very few contractors that can connect a new drain line to a city sewer. Memphis Sewer and Water did a great job making the connection and at a fair price. Only thing we would have done differently is include restoration of our gravel driveway in the initial contract, taking care of it later was a costly surprise.
