Smith's Plumbing is definitely a five-star company, pricy but worth the money. Scheduling was a breeze. The workers showed up exactly when they said they would and always left the house neat and clean. Ours was a large job; yet, because they were so efficient, it took them fewer days to complete than they had estimated. I'd especially like to thank the office staff, whose communication was frequent and helpful.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

We had a leak coming through the ceiling in the garage from upstairs. Problem was determined to be a leak coming from both upstairs bathrooms and was repaired the same day....
Everything was wonderful. I personally was not there for the repair but my sister was and she when I checked in with her while the tech, Shawn, was there she told me everything that was going on. She said he was very nice and professional. He fixed the leak and also replaced tub spouts in both bathrooms. We will be using Roto-Rooter again if ever needed.

Update: Once again satisfied with the services of Roto Rooter… we had another leak from the same issue from a few years ago… on today Allen was our tech… very nice & explained everything how it would be fixed… and then the manager Samuel stopped by after Allen was done just to check out... BEYOND WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!

Traditional Plumbing did an amazing job in my master bathroom. The two plumbing technicians that came to my home, Cody and Nathan, were on time, reliable, listened to what we wanted and did a great job. We will continue to use Traditional and tell all of our friends about our great experience!

Severn and Pressley came immediately and assessed my water damage. Severn encouraged me to file an insurance claim which I did. He walked me through the whole process. He and Pressley took up carpet, swept the floors and left drying equipment. He will return from day to day for the next four days to make sure things are going as they should. Excellent company.

Super impressed & very happy customer here. Total remodel of bathrooms plus an additional bathroom added. Replaced all plumbing in my house. They were here when they said they would be, no issues - they do amazing work. Great attention to detail & finishing of work. Very honest and actually care about the job they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly went above and beyond on my house. The owner & all of his crew are incredibly nice, respectful and honest.
