Worst so called plumbing service we've dealt with. We had a leak coming out of the wall and didnt know what was causing it. So we called them. They came out said it was coming from the toilet. So we let them fix it. Now its leaking worse then before ,So we called them back someone came out. And the guy that showed up was very rude. He said that we should've called a PINPOINT leak detection plumber to detect the leak first. And that there was nothing he could do. Thanks for nothing Hugo Plumbing. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

We own a home that was built in 1949. Needless to say, the pipes are in the crawl space under our home and are all metal. A few of them had rusted out and were leaking badly under our house. Scott and Ricky came in, were extremely professional, worked hard and had them fixed in one day (we were expecting at least 2 days because of the extent of the damage). As they pulled pipes up, they showed the problem to us and explained the damage. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Scott and Ricky. Good job!!!

Technician was courteous and extremely professional. I signed up for the yearly plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan. He examined all of the plumbing and faucets - inside and out and checked the air pressure.. I was very pleased with his demeanor and helpfulness!

Installed HVAC 10 years ago, called Aug 19th to renew service/maintenance contract and no response in 3 weeks. Totally unhelpful in selecting a new thermostat, only wanted to bash and say folks have issues. I was trying to get them to recommend a thermostat that I would buy from them. Will never give them another dollar of business.

Just experienced this reckless driver in a company truck. Nothing was done to him but he cut me off and wouldn't let any traffic behind him on a 2 lane rd pass him. He decided to be the hall monitor. He would speed up and slow down just to block traffic from passing. If I do have a plumbing problem, I will not be choosing such a reckless driver in a company truck. They charge $258 to unstop a toilet. The guy was literally in my house for 5 minutes! I would never call them again. It’s clear they only want money!
