I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! Steve will tell what you need and what you don't need along with the prices up front and they never charge a trip charge! I love that they are a family run company. It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

We built a new house. Dave & Travis plumbed our entire home!! Two full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 2 master baths - 1 with full walking shower for 2, 1 large soaker tub, sump pump, 2 laundry rooms, outdoor spigots, 3 refrigerators with water/ice, Dave and Travis are friendly & personable! Both are very thorough & efficient and turn out quality work!! Ecellent installation, timing, products & service!! Highly recommend!

Had an outside water spigot replaced and kitchen sink faucet. Needed a return visit for the kitchen sink faucet because of low hot water pressure. The faucet replaced at no charge, which I expected. Another part needed replacing which was also done at no charge.For both visits, the technicians were very professional and pleasant. I work from home and they were very respectful that I did not have a lot of time to speak with them in between meetings.Will definitely use Cardinal again for my plumbing, heating, and AC needs.I appreciate the ability to schedule online, the text notifying of the technicians planned arrival, and the text that show which technicians will arrive with a picture and information about them.

I hired this company several years ago. I was very happy with their rates and expertise. However, the Owner retired and is referring one of their master plumbers, [email protected] who made an appointment at 8 am today. As of 10:00 am I have not been contacted as to why he is late. I will be cancelling my request.

apparently they dont do anything that actually takes time and effort.took one look at it not worth their time apparently. rude and grumpy. probably due to his old age . the you should probably retire old man.

We used this co for years with only a few scheduling glitches, but lately when we want him for a remodeling job, and easier job, he makes appointments and stands us up. 3 x in 1 1/2 weeks. Once said he called the spouse's phone and left a message, NOT.

Unprofessional and bad. Had to return several times because the problem wasn't fixed. Very difficult to schedule with. They tried to charge us labor costs for the extra trips, and they charge WAY too much for parts. They were willing to negotiate on the price, but I don't feel I should have to argue with someone when they've given such poor service. I recommend just going with a different plumber.
