I had a wonderful experience with Dallman Plumbing services. They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

I was in today with my baggie of parts like so many times before. I was convinced I would leave with some kind of part to solve my problem. I explained our shower was noisy. A real loud howl. Howe Bros. patiently took me thru all the if / then possibilities. I have it all tore apart. What parts do I need ? Howe Bros nailed it. The noise is likely coming from your shower head. DOH ! What ? I replaced the shower head and the noise is gone. Howe Brothers are solution providers not parts sellers. Howe Brothers is someone I trust over and over again.

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

The plumber Kyle was very helpful, professional, and addressed our problem quickly. The receptionist Amber showed empathy when I told her we had no water overnight. She contacted the service manager immediately and said she would have someone there soon. (My now previous plumber of 25 years was surprisingly unempathatic that we had no water. I used them at home and at my business as I said for over 25 years)I would highly recommend Cardinal HVAC/plumbing, the way they treated a new customer was just what one would expect as if they were a long time business/home client. Jesse, Larry, and Tom showed up when they promised, and were quite considerate of my small window of time, to complete everything on my list. To top it all off, all work was accomplished on such a warm day. They worked around my schedule, and went out of there way to include me in the process. All three were very professional, and it showed in the quality of service, and workmanship, that was provided today.

I hired this company several years ago. I was very happy with their rates and expertise. However, the Owner retired and is referring one of their master plumbers, [email protected] who made an appointment at 8 am today. As of 10:00 am I have not been contacted as to why he is late. I will be cancelling my request.

We have used John at Aqua Plumbing several times over the past few years and have been very satisfied! John has been available at a moments notice for emergencies and is always so pleasant. He installed our RO system, installed a new toilet, upgraded/replaced shower piping, repaired a gas leak, and fixed a clogged drain. Definitely recommend!

Robert was amazing to work with. Our water heater was leaking and he worked with our home warranty to get our water heater replaced quickly. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

I have used EZ Plumbing several times over the past five years and have never been disappointed. They are on time, know their stuff, clean up after themselves and are always very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I highly recommend EZ Plumbing!

Received an estimate on a dishwasher install for 200-350. Ok sounds good.

After 2 weeks of calling and trying to figure out when they would come they finally did the work. The work looks good so no complaints there.

A week later we received our bill for the work... open up the letter and I almost had a heart attack from shock. They billed us for $712 dollars!

$712 dollars I couldn’t believe it. We received this bill on a Tuesday and after calling every day of the week we could not get an answer from the person in charge as to why our bill was so high. We were told he was out of office or something else.

The next week we were able to finally speak to the person in charge. We were then told that they ran into more work than they previously expected... So instead of calling and notifying us of this they went ahead with the work and gave us a bill for triple the estimated amount.

After informing them of how shady of a business practice this was they agreed to lower the bill. $500
For the job... On a 200-350 estimate.

I’ve done my share and had my share of contractor work completed and I’ve never seen a business continue with work knowing they would be billing their customer triple the quoted price without calling them first. Very shady business practice that puts you as a consumer against the wall with no place to turn. Be warned, I wish I’d have been.

Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.
