I originally had a different company diagnose our air conditioning/furnace issue but they were slow and unresponsive after diagnosis. I called Cardinal on a Saturday morning and Mike arrived less than an hour later. He quickly rediagnosed the issue, worked with the shop to get a new blower motor delivered , and installed it in a snap. We had a/c working again within two hours of making the original call. Cardinal is my new go-to heating and a/c in Madison!

I hired this company several years ago. I was very happy with their rates and expertise. However, the Owner retired and is referring one of their master plumbers, [email protected] who made an appointment at 8 am today. As of 10:00 am I have not been contacted as to why he is late. I will be cancelling my request.

John, the owner of Aqua Plumbing is knowledgeable, professional, honest, highly skilled, and an all around good person. He helped us build and install a new steam shower and patiently guided us through the project, connected us with other wonderful trades folks for tiling and electrical and provided us an end product that is beautiful and high quality.
