They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. Although I appreciate the conversation and bit of advice on the project I am working on, I will travel elsewhere in the future unless there is no other option due to the markup and “no returns”. I am a person who likes to support small businesses so I understand that there is a bit of a price difference but my recent purchases were a bit of a shock.

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

Andy is another great technician fromthisbusiness. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I do have additional work I need done in the spring and I'm definitely going to request him.

Called a couple places on Friday afternoon, most wanted to charge me $220 an hour overtime to come look at an issue I was having with my sump pump. I called Capital and within two hours I had my sump pump replaced by a very courteous technician named Aaron. I was charge a fair price for a replacement sump pump and Aaron's time. Aaron also took the time to answer my questions.

Live in a new home (less than a year) and was having a problem with the main drain. After calling and 2 minutes of investigating the problem was fixed. Typically don’t leave reviews but this one is needed. My plumbing problem was fixed over the phone, that’s amazing.
