I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

When you find a great plumber you can trust, it’s a great thing. THIS company has the best plumbing service I’ve ever had in owning 4 houses. The work is excellent, the pricing is great and I would give them a bonus star if Google allowed it! Fix a pipe, done. Install toilets and sinks and garbage disposals - done. The quality of work is fantastic and they’ll explain exactly what they did and why. Jeff and team provide a tremendous level of quality and service and I will recommend them to anyone!

I called at 7:45 am and the technician was here by 11:30 am and the work was done by 1:00 pm. Tyler explained all the issues we had and what our options were before doing anything. The issue was our AC but he looked at our furnace too and found our issue there as well and explained that he could fix it and we might be able to get costs put towards new equipment. Great experience all around. Very professional, from the first call to the explanation emailed with the receipt.

Asked service person to have a sales rep contact me. A month lapsed and no word. I contacted.Upon consultation, I wanted basic furnace and AC, and although they offer financing, they don't on these models. He gave me $1500 off and bid was still thousands higher than competitors. BTW, who offer financing on ALL of their models.

Had a clog in my main drain, and sewer started backing up into my basement. Called D&D and got an answer right away. They were at my house in a little over an hour, and had cleared the clog in less than a half hour. He cleaned up part of the mess for me, and made suggestions for how I could take care of the rest. Very professional. Cleaned his tools before taking them back through the house, and even wrapped some of them in a towel to minimize dripping. Rates were very reasonable, compared to another quote in the area. If you need quick, professional drain service, I highly recommend D & D.

Replace Water Heater. Jack was recommended to be by a neighbor. He was very professional and was able to explain in detail what was wrong with my current water heater, and what all my options were. He was able to replace the water heater with in 1 day of me asking. Good value. He even went the extra mile and helped me with an additional minor project. I will definitely use his service again.
