Dallman is a very customer focus, reasonably priced plumbing Company. They have great communication skills, very professional and do the job right. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job.

Nice on the phone BUT...
They never showed up. We called to get our outdoor faucets fixed and they schedule the appointment for the next week. I took the day off work, but by 3:00pm no one had shown up or called. I called them and they took another 45 minutes to get back to us to tell us they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for 9:00 the next day, my husband stayed home -- AGAIN NO SHOW! By 10:30 no one called or showed up, we called and cancelled. We can't stay home all day (or several days) waiting for you to finally show up, either be there or don't schedule. The two stars is for the nice people that answer the phones, they were pleasant.

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

Larry from All Comfort Services is a magician. Expertly diagnosed and fixed our newly installed furnace when it made loud noises. Took two trips from ACS to our house to do it. We appreciated the persistence.

20+ year-old water heater died. Called Monona Plumbing at about 9 am. Austin arrived as promised around 3 pm. New water heater was installed and working before 6 pm. Very professional, clean job. I was billed for the price that had been quoted in advance.

We have hired Kegonsa Plumbing to help us with some plumbing issues at our house that were created when the house was built about 5 years ago. I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. Very personable and proficient. They did a good job and were very quick. This is a company who has been around for a long time. Although they seem to be old fashioned in some ways with their marketing and billing, they are a small local business who really care and give good customer service.
