Best Leak Repair in Madison WI

I had a wonderful experience with Dallman Plumbing services. They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

These guys are the best!

I was in a bind because I couldn't clean my many aquariums without causing water to back up into the basement. I had already had two plumbing companies look at it. Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning really came through with prompt, professional service on a Sunday, for a reasonable rate. The drain isn't backing up and I've gotten caught up on my aquarium cleaning, and we got helpful tips to prevent future back ups. Couldn't have been any better! A++++

I called after 2pm on a Monday, Best Buy installers just had been here an hour previous to install a water line and refrigerator, when they turned the main back on water was shooting out everywhere so they shut it back off. I came home from work and started calling plumbers luckily the first 3 I called couldn't come today and John at Dr Rooter 911 was super helpful and walked me through tightening things up again and bam no more leak! The work was quality work and was done efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable and excellent communication throughout. Very pleased with this company and their work. I've found my new plumber!

Extremely rude. When I called with questions about our bill, I was greeted with sarcasm and accusations. The call ended when I was hung-up on. I've never interacted with a business person this unprofessional.

I like to support businesses in my neighborhood, but I can't call upon Butler Plumbing again.
