It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I scheduled an inspection and cleaning of my furnace and AC at my new home. I received a text about 30 minutes before the tech arrived confirming the timing was ok. The tech arrived as expected, wore a mask, and put shoe covers on to protect my floors. The tech was awesome and fully explained what he was going to do and then after inspection reviewed issues with me and got approval to make repairs to the AC. The old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and other issues, so I am getting quotes for replacement. Overall, I am very pleased with Cardinal and highly recommend them for service.

The pumbler went to my house, never gave the estimate, called them 2 weeks later, the lady in the phone said it would cost ×$$$, twice the price of another company. I said no, then they kept sending me messages to pay for the estimate that I never officially received....their services are very expensive! They charge for estimate, but don't give you a copy unless you fight for it:(

Extremely rude. When I called with questions about our bill, I was greeted with sarcasm and accusations. The call ended when I was hung-up on. I've never interacted with a business person this unprofessional.

Handled two problems in one site visit. Called on a Sunday evening (Non-emergency), Monona PFP called back by 8:30am and had plumber working on problem by 12:30pm that day. Very professional, flexible and finished these two items efficiently and to our satisfaction.
