I had a wonderful experience with Dallman Plumbing services. They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Overcharged. The time charge on my bill was almost 2 hours more than the time they spent at the house. When I called to complain the owner said he charges for the staff to get to my house and back but Google Maps says their office is 3 miles away! They must have stopped for lunch and charged me for it.

Mark the owner himself has the worst customer service and should understand how to talk and treat a customers tenant during a service appt. Very rude and demanding with no customer service skills AT ALL! I would NEVER recommend this business for service untill the owner Mark goes through customer service training and respects his customers! Fired them before the work so not sure even of the quailty of there work

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I went in for advice on a leaky faucet and they were super helpful even though I wasn't buying anything. I will definitely visit them when I need anything plumbing related.

Terri came out to replace our water heater. We expected a large bill and a replacement was necessary. However Terri took the time inspected the water heater and made an assessment. He was completely honest and said that the water heater did not need to be replaced at this time. He took the time to educate me on how everything works. And adjusted the water temperature to a safe temperature for the house. Down the road we will probably need to replace the water heater. However it’s not necessary at this time. I cannot say enough how much my wife and I appreciated his time with education and honesty. There are not many companies like that today and should definitely not go unnoticed

They did a great job with our with our new furnace, heat pump, and updated lighting in the basement! Highly recommend!

The branch that serves the Milwaukee area was a disappointment. Quoted $250 since I wanted it done next day. He came with a Ryobi cordless snake and called it a commercial snake... LOL. You'd think with 25 years of experience he would know better. Suffice it to say, his snake didn't reach. So I agreed to pay another $100 for him to cut the pipe, punch a hole in the clog with his small snake, and put a $8 collar on. $350 and hour and $8 in material is not very reasonable to me. Most skill trades charge 1/2 to 1/4 that amount. Especially one without commercial grade tools. Live and learn. I hope this helps you decide on who to hire. I certainly won't do this again.

We thought we had a leaking water heater that was not that old. I called Lorentz, left a message and he called back. I described the problem, he helped me check a few things and told me what to watch for so we could confirm whether or not the heater was leaking. It turns out, the water was coming from a plugged humidifier drain hose, causing the humidifier to leak where the drain hose connected to the humidifier drain. Lorentz's instructions were clear, helpful and he was pleasant to speak with.

Water meter freeze. Replaced right away. Entry door not closed good. Frozen pipe burst. Repairs!!!

Terry replaced 2 bathroom faucets within an hour and provided great education on their maintenance! Very pleased.
