It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I can't say enough good things about this place. As other reviews have said Regan dispenses his knowledge freely and the customer experience is amazing. There are many positives, but here are my highlights.

1. Regan worked through the install with me in diagram form. This meant I got all the parts I needed in one trip saving me time.

2. I also feel like I got quality products. Not just the cheapest parts available (and the price difference isn't that big).

3. I got advise on how to maintain them. This is big as long term I know I will not be replacing it in a few years.

This place is what true customer service is about - I just wish there was an electrical store that offered the same service.

Had kitchen drains replaced after they just fell apart. Good work and price. Drain design makes much more sense than the previous drain pipes, and is almost artful. Also explained how to fix my toilet since it was having trouble as well. Very helpful, and will use again.

Diagnosing why heat would not stay on was challenging but tech was diligent until she found the issue. Super nice and made suggestions to improve system’s performance in the future. Costs were very reasonable, especially considering how unusual the issue was.Thank you for getting qualified person here so quick!

We thought we had a leaking water heater that was not that old. I called Lorentz, left a message and he called back. I described the problem, he helped me check a few things and told me what to watch for so we could confirm whether or not the heater was leaking. It turns out, the water was coming from a plugged humidifier drain hose, causing the humidifier to leak where the drain hose connected to the humidifier drain. Lorentz's instructions were clear, helpful and he was pleasant to speak with.

every time I need John he is right there. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and does a fantastic job at a fair price. I have referred him to numerous clients and everyone loves him and his work. John will always be my go to for myself And for my clients.

apparently they dont do anything that actually takes time and effort.took one look at it not worth their time apparently. rude and grumpy. probably due to his old age . the you should probably retire old man.

Was to be at my house to fix a plumbing problem at 2:00 and didn't show.

Rob was able to get a replacement for my kohler faucet after it started leaking. He installed the new part quickly and it’s been working great ever since.

Came out right away the next day to care of the issue and a couple more simpler things. Respectful, educational and fast. He explain what he repaired and answered a few more questions we had. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and bad. Had to return several times because the problem wasn't fixed. Very difficult to schedule with. They tried to charge us labor costs for the extra trips, and they charge WAY too much for parts. They were willing to negotiate on the price, but I don't feel I should have to argue with someone when they've given such poor service. I recommend just going with a different plumber.

We had a hot water failure at a rental unit Sunday, Labor Day weekend. Plumbing Pro’s had an opening the next day (Labor Day) he arrived early, was professional and performed the work quickly with care. I will not hesitate to use him again. Very satisfied!
