It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality h ot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Oasen plumbing.

I was really impressed with the quality of service I received from MPFP. Soon after moving into a new (old ,updated) house, we experienced a serious leak in the basement. I called MPFP, and they came out that same day to check it out. The next day a technician , Jim, came and found the origin of the leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient while repairing the leak. He also reconnected a newly installed refrigerator hook up for the water and ice maker that had been installed incorrectly by the crew that delivered the appliance weeks before. We had been waiting for them to come back to remedy the situation, but they never showed up! He took great care moving the refrigerator back so as to not scratch the wood floors (already scratched by the crew that delivered the refrigerator in the first place!) I can't say enough good things about the service we received. We are considering installing a water softener in the near future, and we will definitely go through Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection! We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!
