Matt Behn help with servicing my condenser unit that stopped working early in the morning of the 5,June. He quickly determined the cause of failure and had the replacement part on hand. Nice that the replacement part is US sourced and came with a 5 year warranty. Matt also offered maintenance suggestions to ensure optimum efficiency of the unit and system. Further discussions answered my concerns about the return air filter, which resulted in my order from Cardinal for a more efficient filter configuration. We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!

We had an issue with slow shower and sink drains, and gave Metro a call. Derek was there when he said he would be, was very professional to work with. He also took the time to ask if there were another issues and took the time to look the rest of our plumbing over. Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.
