I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

I had a blocked kitchen sink that one plumber in town was unable to fix (though I was still charged). I contacted Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning and Erich arrived on time, he was informative and efficient and fixed the problem at a very fair price. Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

We have used Plumbing and Glass for many years for both plumbing and glass needs and have always been very pleased with their work and service. In our most recent experience they went above and beyond. Following recent rains my daughter discovered their sump pump not working on a Saturday morning and their basement filling with water. I called the emergency number for Plumbing and Glass and received a very prompt call back. The plumber (Austin I believe) rearranged his Saturday morning plans and was onsite within an hour to replace the old sump pump. I would definitely recommend them.
