I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Excellent service. Thoroughly cleaned the ducts with good equipment. The gentlemen were professional and spent time after to explain the entire project and what they found in the ducts. Explained that we were good fo 20 years. I use Cardinal for all my maintenance work on the mechanicals. Good people and fairly priced.

He came over on short notice and took his time trying to figure out solutions for our problem before he even started checking the drain. He was so nice and did an amazing job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called, Mr. Rudeness answered. Told me to text him all the info of what I wanted done, so basically do his job for him. He said the appointment won't be today, not tomorrow but possibly three days from call. I did text and then never heard anything again. Apt day came and went...not a word. Called another company, got a friendly answer, a nice worker, and a same day appointment.
