So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

We were originally charged $700 for a basic repair through our management company, CCL Management. The work was not approved and they went ahead with the repair.After speaking with management the bill was lowered to $395, so I am adjust my review up to 5 stars. I generally avoid these guys because they are expensive, but at least they have good customer service.

Dillion was awesome! I came home from work to a partially flooded basement. I called D&D Drain Service and Dan answered and after telling him my issue said Dillion would be over in 30, which he was. He was very courteous and professional. He walked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions. If I ever have any other issues,(which I hope I don't), but if I do I will definitely 1000% call on these gentlemen again. Thank you so much Dillion and Dan.

I worked with Mike who was extremely personable and kind. Mike helped coordinate the plumber to come out and install a new gas pipe for our dryer (transitioned from electric to gas). Our plumber was kind, quick, and did a great job too. Our neighbors had recommended them to us as we are new to the area, and I can say without a doubt I would recommend them as well.

We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!

I had a gas leak in my basement. Jack was there right away to fix the problem, for a reasonable rate.
