I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! The only plumber I trust to do it right the first time and not over charge me is 4 Lakes Plumbing! Steve will tell what you need and what you don't need along with the prices up front and they never charge a trip charge! I love that they are a family run company. It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

Scott is an awesome technician. He called before arriving today to confirm the type, my name, and home address to install a new Bradford White water heater. He came before the scheduled time (no problem w/ me), was prompt, professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. I enjoyed meeting him. His brief service and installation work was top notch. John was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

Zilvinas Serva, the tech who preformed our annual humidifier and furnace tuneup today took the time to answer any questions we had as well as explained what he was doing along the way. We greatly appreciated his patience and thouroughness. His professionalism and knowledge makes him definitly an assist to your company.

Highly recommended! Didn’t have an emergency but he was here in 24 hrs. Fixed a variety of faucets and sink/tub stoppers and did a great job. Jack will be first-to-call next time I need plumbing work done.
