Best A/C System Maintenance in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

We used cardinal for our plumbing for our kitchen remodel and Karl was excellent! Several weeks after the kitchen remodel was completed, we had Cardinal come back to do duct cleaning. I worked with Lisa to schedule the appointment and she was very courteous and customer focused. She explained the whole process including the one time fee and then followed up the information via email. Steve was the technician training a new technician and I can’t say enough good things about both. They were timely with excellent customer service skills. They were polite, respectful and used all the Covid precautions. Steve answered all of my questions, explained the process before he started, and then walked me through what was done when the job was complete. The cost was very reasonable and the cost is determined by how many furnaces you have not by the number of vents, and there is no fine print or hidden fees. I was able to pay on site after the job was completed and was able to use one of their online coupons. This is definitely a reputable honorable company and I would recommend it to everyone!!

Had routine maintenance done to my furnace. They were on time and replaced my smart thermostat under warranty. Very happy with the service they provided.

I called them after reading plenty of referrals from Nextdoor app on Thursday morning. I was able to text Jim a couple of pictures of what was going on (leaking original gate valve before the meter in the basement). He gave me a quote for the job, explained what would be completed and gave me options for appointments. I told him I was waiting for another plumbers estimate before I decide. He said that was no problem.
The other estimate I got was far above Oasen's estimate for exactly the same work.
By Friday, after the city water utility was able to verify the outside water line turned off, Oasen Plumbing was able to arrange the replacement and show up within an hour.
I met Ken and his sidekick and they got to work right away.
The job was done and everything looks great.
Thankfully, it was an easy process and easy on my wallet with these guys. I will gladly hire them again.

I have a leakage problem in the basement and the company sent a gentlemen by the name of Mike to fix the problem. He was very prompt and when looking at the leak he found that the problem was with the toilet in the first floor apartment. He removed the toilet and fixed the problem and replaced all the necessary plumbing issues that arose. Make sure that there was not leakage before he left and cleaned up the area. He was very thorough, friendship, helpful and explained what he was doing at all times and answered any questions I had. I found him to be a very good technician and very knowledge. I would recommend him for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

John is very responsive! In today's world that means so much! John came through when I couldn't get any plumber here for a couple days. Unless I wanted to be charged double time. John came assessed the situation, and had the parts and repaired within 24 hrs. John has also assisted many of my clients in a quick professional manner. I will continue to refer John to everyone, and I myself will continue to use his services. A true professional in every manner!

We have hired Kegonsa Plumbing to help us with some plumbing issues at our house that were created when the house was built about 5 years ago. Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!
