Reasonably priced. Came to the rescue when another company was understaffed. I would call D&D again, even with the added trip charge to get way out to our place.

Our water heater died on Saturday, purchased a new one and the earliest time available was Monday. Kurt contacted us Sunday morning as soon as the parts were ready for pickup and asked if we wanted the install that morning, no extra charge! He picked up the parts as soon as the store was open and went straight to work as soon as he got to our house. Extremely professional and honest. I highly recommend!

Had them plumb a new 1/2 bathroom in a closet for us, and I couldn't be happier. Lucas was prompt, very professional, and extremely reasonable with his pricing. Trevor was even kind enough to bring in my boxes delivered while they were working. I'd absolutely hire them again!

Excellent, fast service! Todd Vesely came out within an hour from my call and fixed the problem right away. He was kind and courteous and took the time to educate me about the plumbing in our house. Scott said he'd come over and give me his advice for $10-20 and it'd be easy. Everything I tried before he arrived, he repeated when he got here wasting about half hour. He wrenched on my pipes, causing a leak where there wasn't one and also broke the pipe coming out of the wall. Rigged something up using all of my parts, swore throughout the job, charged me $90, and it leaked the next day. Never did I say I wanted a bandaid fix which is how he made it sound. Still leaking. I'm calling a different plumber now.

OTR drivers stay away from this place. Bob is perhaps the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve had the misfortune of dealing in my 23 years of driving. Checked in at 0730 with a 0800 appointment unloaded at 1330.

I called Friday at lunch for a water heater and it was in working great and took a hot shower by that afternoon. Prices were the best around and the guys were friendly and very informative.

First visit they came to the house and cleared my drain, I was so happy. I was told if the drain started to clog again they would come right back for free and fix the problem. Two weeks later my kitchen drain is once again clogged with standing water in the sink. I tried calling to get service again and while talking with the representative my phone was suddenly disconnected! Call backs were unsuccessful and my phone messages weren't returned! After finally getting through to someone a week later there was no apologies and I was told I must have stuck something down my drain since they came out last. I hadn't! Finally the guy told me to call back two days later, and they would try to fit me in . Good luck with that-I doubt they'll answer the phone!

Terrible customer service! They don't stand by their work and will avoid you like the plague if you try and reach them with your concerns. Find another plumber or rooter service!
