If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Jeff Havey repaired some plumbing on our old 2-flat house in Stoughton. He was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and fast. He was also committed to solving the problem the right way. We had a problem that existed because of poor plumbing when a 2nd bathroom was installed a few years before we purchased the house. Jeff analyzed the issue and redid the plumbing according to code, finding a couple of additional issues that he fixed along the way. The tenant was extremely happy with the results. Had kitchen drains replaced after they just fell apart. Good work and price. Drain design makes much more sense than the previous drain pipes, and is almost artful. Also explained how to fix my toilet since it was having trouble as well. Very helpful, and will use again.

As this was our first, experience with Cardinal, we did not know what to expect. We had asked for a furnace assessment as well as an annual maintenance service. From the time of the placement of our call, we had a technician on site within three hours who was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We could not have been more pleased. Communication was outstanding at every point of contact even sending a text message as to arrival time and a picture of the technician. The technician made suggestions as to a needed replacemnt part but at no point did we sense any pressure to purchase.

Jesse, Larry, and Tom showed up when they promised, and were quite considerate of my small window of time, to complete everything on my list. To top it all off, all work was accomplished on such a warm day. They worked around my schedule, and went out of there way to include me in the process.
