Greg is the best drain guy in town. He knows old plumbing systems very well and the idiosyncrasies of most neighborhoods. He has spotted problems ahead of time and saved us from future headaches and expenses. He's nice, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Our sewer line was blocked and backing up into our basement shower and toilet on a Saturday night around 10pm. I had tried 3 other “24/7 emergency plumbers” without a single call back. After calling Mark’s after hour service, Sam called me back very quickly! He was to our house within just over an hour and resolved our issue that night. We were very impressed by the timely resolution to our issue, and were thrilled to be able to sleep soundly knowing everything had been cleared from our line. Paul was our technician that came out to help us with our furnace. Great guy! Very easy to talk with, enjoyable conversations, explained in depth everything he was doing, why and what caused issues we had. Many tips and suggestions as well to help us in future. We need more Paul's in the working world. Very satisfied, highly recommend and will continue to use Cardinal for all our heating and cooling needs.
