M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

Last summer my A/C started blowing warm air. It was on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon and I planned on lots of company arriving on the weekend. My mother had passed away and her service was set for Monday. With a heavy heart, I stepped out on my front porch and to my surprise there was a Sinclair pickup parked across the street. I felt like God was looking out for me. The gentleman Mike was so kind, helpful and understanding of my predicament. By Saturday morning I had a crew installing my new A/C. I brag to everyone I know about the excellent service that has come from your company. Cory followed up with my heating checkup and was just as exceptional as all the other members of your group. I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. Scott helped me with all the details and didn’t pressure me in any way. Joe did a great job on the installation and talked me through operation. He always cleans up after his work. I’m very satisfied.

These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

Saturday night we called Duncan about 8pm. The temp outside was 101 degrees. Our A/C quit working completely. By 9:30 pm, the technician had the system up and running like new. Unbelievable customer service. Thanks again.

Great option for those needing experts in the field. In my experience, they have the ability to figure out repair options when others, seemingly, could not.

Long story short joe rushing came out to Jett our pipes and said we had limbs and collapsed pipes said they don’t know how long it will last which cost us $535 and quoted us 7,000 to fix all the pipes and everything this is what it looks like 3 days later now they want to charge more to come unclog it. My dad is a veteran and he would like his money back as if they knew it wasn’t going to work they shouldn’t have charged us. I would recommend go to earl plumbing they are going to only charge $1400 instead of 7,000 from joe rushing my next step is taking them to court and writing the BBB how can they take advantage of people like this!! Please stay away from these people..

AC decided to die on a Friday afternoon JUST before record heat hit LBB that Saturday AND my in-laws were arriving in town for the weekend because of COURSE! Why wouldn't it die then?! :-)

Called Turner & Witt late on a Friday and their receptionist answered the call and was friendly and kind (despite it being after 5pm). She was also up-front and direct about the extra cost associated with weekend calls--which I really appreciated. We decided to gut out the heat and call again on Monday. D and Joel arrived on time, figured out that the motor on the unit was dying and had it fixed in under 2hrs for under $250 parts/labor.

D and Joel were both incredibly professional and kind as they chatted with me and my partner as they diagnosed the issue with our unit.

Would absolutely do business with Turner & Witt again--though I do hope the timing on any future AC failure is better!

Definitely liked the price he quoted, was same price at the end of the job. Jessie did a much better job than what I could have done. I will use his service's again when it come to remolding bathroom.
