I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. Very prompt and courteous service--Technician arrived in 30-40 minutes after my calling. Had my AC going in no time (20 minutes) as he actually lived nearby. Replaced the Capacitor and was on his way after paying with my Visa CC. This was about 5:30 PM on a very hot summer day.

These people are wonderful and took care of us in this heat be installing a new condenser in under 24 hours from when it went out.

M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

We've called them out for both heating and a/c repair and plumbing issues and have gotten great service every time. Before we had to have a major repair, the owner came out to make sure that we were given an accurate quote. They have always taken care of us promptly, the staff is super friendly and their prices are the best in the city.

I called to ask about how much replacing a circuit board on my heater would cost. They claimed they wouldn’t know until they come out. The website claims “free estimates with no obligations” but it’s apparently still $86 to get your free estimate. This company is just a bunch of scammers. They apologize over the phone for not clearly stating that their estimates still cost $86, but they still charge you anyway with a smile. Dirty scumbag business.
