Called last week and made a appointment to get a estimate on getting all new air ducts in house. The morning of my appointment I didn't receive a anyone show up or call so I called and was told that they had to many big jobs come up to get to mine.

I had a new HVAC system installed and the experience was one of the best. Scott Gibson was one of many HVAC quotes I received and he was very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to talk to. They won out because of the overall value, from the efficient system to the warranty, parts, labor and maintenance program. Their installers Joe Olguin and Jim Adams were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked around a part issue, which was not of their making, and stayed until my system was up and running and made sure everything was perfect. They are definitely an asset to the company. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Gibson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I am sure that I will use them again for any HVAC or Plumbing needs.

I called for an estimate over the phone. The woman gave me a price rage. I decided not to use them because I found someone cheaper. I did not make an appointment for them to come to the house or anything! They billed me for the job!!! They did not come out to the house and do the work!!

They go beyond to get you fixed up! Even being a Labor Day weekend, they worked till the job was done. And didn’t over charge they treat there customers with respect and the crew was great & polite and very efficient! Had A1 plumbing come to my home in such a rush making me feel I was a bother to them even though Home shield contacted them. They were to booked and busy is what the guy said. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will forever here on out only use Phil Kerr plumbing company and refer them to EVERYONE! Thanks again for going beyond. I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.
