This review is several years late but I had such a great experience, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to write it. Our house is 50 years old and we were having some slow draining plumbing issues. We called three companies. Two of which recommended expensive solutions that never made sense to us. ProFlow came out and the owner told us instead of going these expensive routes, just simply replace the toilet first with a higher flow model. He never even quoted doing it themselves. After replacing one toilet, we have had ZERO issues for the last 4 years! Since then, I've used them for minor things and recommended them to others. They didn't try to oversell me like the other companies in town. I would trust anything they tell me at this point and you should too.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! You can not go wrong!

Raul and Mario came out to help my father with a water hose faucet. Very pleasurable experience. came out and fixed everything quickly good conversation really good guys. My father will definitely be using y'all again!

Was helpful for clogged pipes. They were supposed replace a pipe though and I could not get them to come back out after 3 attempts.

They repaired our urinal where I'm employed and two other plumbing companies could not repair it. Very knowledgeable, very professional and kind, exceptional quality service. We were so impressed. Then we had a leak in our home from our ceiling..we didnt know what to do and couldn't find where it was coming from. They came out as soon as I called and found the leak in our refrigerator water line...was chewed up by a mouse. We were so grateful and thankful the leak was found and repaired. We've never had a plumber that took great care of us. Thank you.

Fantastic service and super professional. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Cost was transparent and competitive, I have no problem recommending them and even referring them within my own business!

Linda was incredibly rude, and because I haven't closed on my home yet, they wouldn't bother coming out because they've had Lots of problems in the past. When you're rude, unprofessional, and uncaring, you will have problems.

Called on a Sunday evening around 7 pm about a leak from water meter (thing where shutoff switch is) after LP&L had come out and determined that it’s was not an LP&L issue (go figure). On call gentleman came out and determined problem however due to rain/lightning storm that came through about 10 seconds after problem identified he was unable to fix but assured they will return tomorrow morning to take care of. I have no doubt they will get the job done!

Showed up fast, found the leak, and got me a great price on the repair. The repair was perfect like it never happened. Best guy to call in a plumbing emergency thanks Brian Y.

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He was very competent and did exactly what he said he would do.

Spoke with Cody about our hard water issues with our water well. We did not want to go through the hassle of a complete water softener system with salts. Cody did some research, and was able to provide us with an eco and maintenance free solution for our water well. He kept us informed about a parts delay and came out and got us fixed up. He was very clean and thorough. We will continue to use Cody and F3 plumbing in the future!

We are incredibly happy with everything they have done and will certainly give them another call if we have any further problems.

Earl's does an excellent job of communicating clearly and professionally. I like that they send pics of their professionals who are coming to your door before they get here. They always explain things to me and answer all my questions. I trust this company!
