Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

I DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again. We called with ac/heater issues. The first time, Jarin came out, stayed 15 minutes, stated we tripped our breaker and to call if problem persisted. Called back the following Monday. Jarin came back, and I tried again to explain what the system was doing. He didn’t really listen too much to what I had to say. He checked outside and inside. Said I think it’s your compressor, and will have to order part. Two days later he called to state the part was in. I tried to ask questions regarding what made him think the compressor was out because I had my doubts. He was short and clearly irritated that I dared to question him. Our system wasn’t really showing clear signs of the compressor going out except for a tripped breaker ONE time…which isn’t definitive. However, I decided to trust him. Two days later, a different gentlemen came to install the compressor. Total cost was $1500 (labor and freon). Part was still under warranty. Over the weekend same problem persisted. Newly installed compressor made zero difference. Called yet again and requested different technician who came to evaluate and within 2 minutes stated our coils were dirty and needed attention. Quoted us $1900 to deal with this issue. (Crazy thing is, my husband questioned/suggested this to Jarin as the possible culprit the first time Jarin came to the house! He wouldn’t listen.)
My husband called and spoke with J.D. about the additional quote and his frustration, as we had just spent $1500 on a compressor that didn’t fix the issue. J.D. refused to even consider the possibility that they could have been incorrect in the initial diagnosis about the compressor. Just argued with my husband instead. Had he just listened and attempted to make the situation right, offered an apology for the frustration or the fact they didn’t get it fixed the first time…really ANY type of customer service, the situation could have been much different. Could both of these very expensive repairs been needed at the exact same time? Possibly. But not likely. It comes down to money with this company. They do not care how they treat their customers. ZERO customer service or professionalism. They are right. Period.
Luckily, a friend found someone else to take care of the coil issue for us at a fraction of JD’s inflated quote. My piece of advice, stay far away from this company, or you will likely regret it!

They came, don't know what exactly they did. I left my son to be here. Anyway, still having problems. They recommended that I call the city to flush the lines in the ally. They came, they flushed. No issue found. I still wonder if a camera was used like you announce in your media? I'm not at all impressed.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Mr. Schooler with Raider Plumbing treated our master bathroom remodel plumbing needs like we were his priority customer and performed the work exactly as we discussed in our initial consultation. Very responsive to text and phone calls.

M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

120 dollars later there is fecal matter coming out of my tub. I called the lady about the problem and she hung up on me. They are full of it.

Dillon was such a professional and went out of his way to help my elderly mother. A storm was coming in and she would have been without the use of her bathroom or sinks. I explained that to Dillon over the phone since I live out of town. Even though it was below freezing outside he spent several hours on the roof trying to unclog a drainage for her. He was originally suppose to come back once it was warmer, but he on his own started to work on repairing whatever was needed. He called me and kept me informed. Once we figured out that the City needed to be involved.... he called them and then followed up with me to let me know once it was all repaired. I cannot thank Dillon enough for the care and the extra attention he gave my mother. Thank you for not making it just a job but caring for people.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.
