We were getting bids for a new unit- thank goodness we found the most honest company! They were not the cheapest nor the highest! Not only did they assure us that we were talking to the right COMPANY. They proved it as well! From Phillis in the office, to the Installers on site and YES the owner Jay came to approve everything and to be sure we knew they will be here for us in the future! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently.

We had our AC leaking water into our home and within 25 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem. This all happened after midnight which didn't stop them from getting to us immediately. Great company and people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Jay Young has been my plumber for as long as I have been in business (15 years). I have always been extremely pleased with his work ethic, quality of work and also the plumbers and helpers he hires to help get all the work done. He and his company have always done their work in a timely and professional manner. I for one am glad that there is such a reliable, trustworthy and honest company to deal with in Lubbock, TX. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Service team was great but the receptionist Karen Turner was awful! She does not display great customer service. I received a call back for an appointment time to be scheduled. She relayed to me that they could be there first thing in the morning at 9. I told her that that would be fine as long as they were here right at 9 so that someone would be home in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with work. She then asked me how can you ask someone to be there right at a certain time? I kindly asked to her to not take what I was about to say offensive and the proceeded to explain to her that if a company or business schedule's an appointment then I would hope and expect them to honor it she then got upset and tried to play down the situation. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and he was not there. I then proceeded to get her bosses name and number and she informed me of the bosses name and then rudely imformed me her name and went on to say that she was the mother of the boss. Whether or not an individual is related to the boss that does not give them the right to belittle and treat others rudely and I will not be giving a company that encourages this behavior my business.

My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.
