I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

Honest and affordable. They put in a new A/C unit for us and came out next day to test it and made sure it was running as it should be.

The AC stopped working about 10PM on Thursday night. Called Sinclair 8AM Friday morning. By 10:30 AM their man Darrin had come, fixed the AC and was finished. Needed a new capacitor for the motor in the attic. To have your AC working again in mid-June within 12 hours of it breaking and within 2.5 hours of asking for a service call is beyond outstanding service. And he was professional and friendly, giving us good tips on maintenance. I won't use anybody but Sinclair for HVAC.

They do a great job of showing up and presenting me with options. They see the problem and know exactly how to fix the issue. Their cost is on the high end relative to their higher quality of products and services. Saving money on repairs will end up biting you back.

These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

My original appointment was scheduled on Friday I never heard from them and after 8 on I received and email from the warranty company that I was rescheduled for the following Monday between 7am and 11. The called and said they’ll be by after lunch, but showed up at 3 and only took pictures of parts needing to be replaced. They finally came the next morning to replace my faucet and stated if I wanted one that matched I’d have to go purchase it or they could go and I’d have to pay the difference. I stated to them that would have been nice to have known the day before and I could’ve done so. I was switched around so much it inconvenienced me trying to find someone to be at my home in between me working myself.

They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.
