Had a full unit replaced. Price was crazy good and the service was the same. Everything was great!

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

These guys are great. I have used them several times and have had excellent service. I had an emergency situation on a rent house at the end of their day (on a Friday). They explained it would be overtime rates. I agreed and these guys were out in no
time and had the problem fixed.

Technician was professional at his work and showed that he cared and wanted to give us the best option of getting our 83 yr old mother back in her home after the electrical fire, so much stress had been lifted from my shoulders and I most definitely will use and refer Action Air to friends and family. Called Mr. Rooter to have a clog in my kitchen sink fixed. They said that they would be out between 3 and 5pm. This was on a Friday. We received a call Friday at 5:15pm from the technician saying that he could not make it out that day, but could be out first thing in the morning. The next morning he showed up at 9:15am and as soon as he walked in the door he let out a sigh and told my wife that it would be $124. She said fine. He went to the kitchen sink and placed the stopper in and filled one side with water. Then ran the disposal. I came over and introduced myself to him and he said this is going to be a minimum of $124. I said that would be fine. I then told him that since this is an older house that most of the time they have to snake out the plumbing port on the roof. He again quoted the minimum price and said that there is only a 50/50 chance that he could clear the pipe and stated that we would have to pay regardless. I agreed. After thinking about the fact that he had just admitted that he may not even be able to fix it I walked outside as he was about to remove his ladder and told him that if you can not fix it then I will just call someone who can. He said okay and put his ladder back on his truck and I told him to have a nice day and walked back inside. I called Mr. Rooter and asked for a manager, the guy that they sent me to which ( will not use his name in this) was very respectful and I told him that the technician had called us the day before to reschedule and explained what happened when he came out. He seemed upset that the technician had rescheduled and didn't get to us the day before and told me that he would call me back. I never heard back from him.

Highly recommend! He was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine and he quickly fixed our air conditioner! We called today around 11 and he was here this afternoon at 1:30. No extra fees, just parts and extremely honest! You won't be disappointed!
