Best service technician help with plumbing problem

Christmas Eve we started having water back up in the kitchen and utility room sinks. We called Joe Rushing Plumbing at 11:00 PM. They quickly showed up and cleared the clog (from the roof, in the dark no less!) They were professional and courteous even on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use these guys again!

I had a leak in my alley just past the meter. the company sent out a plumber, helped diagnose the problem, gave me an accurate quote and then fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very professional.

Had ac issues on a Sun. Called at 8 am and Lowery’s technician, Patrick Castro, communicated via phone when heading to our residence and was here by 10. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable on our unit and had the issue resolved in about 15 min. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the issue and possible cause. For Sun call the repairs were extremely affordable. Great job Lowery!!!!

AJ came out in a pinch and got us a quote to replace the heating and air in the house. HE was so friendly and knowledgeable. my water heater broke Tuesday and I called them at 8 the next morning. They went out their way to schedule me in as early as possible. They where at my house by 1030 with the supplies and had the job done by 12. I live in Plainview and that is what I call good service in my book I think his name was Mike but he was a good employee and respectful man.
