Best New Construction Plumbing in Lubbock TX

Quoted me for thousands to fix my air conditioning after very little investigation. I got a 2nd opinion who tightened a nut where the freon was leaking and added $20 in freon. Air conditioner is fixed.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. Bob repaired a busted sewer line at our rental property in New Deal, and repaired multiple other plumbing related issues. Our tenant was very happy with his professionalism and work. He completed the job in the time frame he gave us, and communicated with us throughout the process as needed. I would call Bob for any other plumbing needs, and would refer him to others.

WE ARE OF OLDER AGE! OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY COMPANIES, ( EXTRA CHARGES, INSTEAD OF BEING CHARGED FOR ONE WORKERS, THREE WORKERS COME TO HELP, SO CHARGED FOR 3 WORKERS. TOLD WE NEED ALOT OF WORK, THAT WAS NOT NEEDED, TOLD WE CAN MAKE PAYMENTS FOR A FEW YEARS!! ALOT OF IT BECAUSE WE ARE OLDER. SO WE ARE NOT VERY TRUSTING AT ARE AGE. ARE TEMP IN THE HOUSE WAS 86 TO 88 DEGREES, WITH THE CENTRAL AIR ON. WE CALLED ARMSTRONG.. THE YOUNG LADY SAMARIA TOOK ARE CALL. SO KIND AND EXPLAINED EVER STEP, SAID THE ONE WORKER WOULD BE THERE WITHIN IN 30 MINUTES, TIM ARRIVED IN 27 MINUTES. HE LISTONED TO US, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT, AND THEN TOLD US WHAT ARE OPTIONS WERE AND SHOWED US PRICES, BEFORE HE STARTED ANYTHING. VERY HONEST KIND YOUNG MAN. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AND DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE TIM LEFT. WE WILL SURELY USE ARMSTRONG IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL ARE NEEDS. AND THANK-YOU DAVID... YOU ALSO CAN AND CHECKED ON US. Customer service was exceptional! Thoroughly explains helpful tips with our tenants. With running 17 rental properties, it’s nice being able to call and ensure quality service. Business is locally owned and able to refer other locally owned businesses, for other property issues. Definitely my first call when anything goes wrong.

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.
