He did a horrible job, they worked on my house for 4 days and still didn’t fix anything. I have 4 children here, I recommend everyone to go to REAL PROFESSIONALS these people are just looking for a quick buck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to get a water heater fixed because it was under warranty through AO Smith. I needed the water heater nipples replaced, but he was rude and hung up on me. People don't use this company he is rude. If you need someone to work on your plumbing use Phil Kerr's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

Terrible quality. They were assigned as an installer for a dishwasher purchased through Lowe's. The person they sent to do the install was completely incompetent and could not complete the installation.

We will call Bryan and his crew anytime we need ANYTHING done! They are always prompt, honest and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I was so impressed with how meticulous they were about leaving their work area clean and safe for my daughter daily. They have gained lifelong customers from our family!

Great attitude, friendly, and knowledgeable! A real professional! Did a great job, no wasted time, and no problems with the completed job! Done right the first time! Will recommend to others and will use again for any further needs!

Very happy to find a service company with such high standards. The technician arrived on time, informed my wife approximately how long the service would take, and cleaned up after the job was done. We like their professionalism so much we hired them again the following month another installment and received the same good service. Thank you.

The first time the arrangement was they will come between 3-5 pm to install. They came after 5 pm. They did not bother to call to tell us that Lowe's added another job that caused them the delay. (This was confirmed by the young guy from the company I spoke to) They also called around 515pm (the wrong number to call) , probably when they were outside the house. They should have called to tell us they will be delayed so we can at least pick up our kids from school, then meet them after 5pm.
For the second appointment, it was agreed that they would call 30 min before they arrive. (A different guy spoke to my husband) He/they arrived without calling my husband and called me again (the wrong number to call). Then this guy stated they arrived the first time around 4pm and we were not there. And he stated the number he is caling is the only number given to him. BIG LIE, BIG LIAR. I have the phone records to prove they called after 5pm the first time and no record of calling the second time before they arrive. I recommend not doing business with this company. (I am sorry if the worker is the one at fault and not the owner but Respondeat Superior).

The young man I spoke to the first time was polite but the next man (sounds older by voice from the first) wasn't. The second guy stated he was the same man who tried to deliver, so I guess I was fooled the first time. I will concur with the other review/add, the employee was unprofessionally rude.

He replaced my water heater and cleaned up after he finished. He was polite. and courteous . He took the old water heater with him when left. He was reasonably priced.

He did a wonderful job, they took time out of their busy schedule, they were available and completed the job with confidence. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Bryan and his helper came out today to install a dishwasher we purchased from Lowe's. He came in the window of time that we set up. The job was completed in just a little over an hour and the area was clean when they left. Bryan explained where all the hook-ups were and what he warranted. Very prompt, professional, and friendly. Nice folks! Would definitely use them again.

Was not happy with these folks at all! I only used them because they took over for home town plumber and NEVER again! Yes! Let's be honest.... you were NOT at my house for and. Hour and half for one and you told me on Saturday that it would be 145 unless I waited until Monday and then it would be 95 an hour! Your guys were not there a whole hour! Then when questioned about it we were told we have to pay your employees insurance and your tools! Today is the very First bill I have received! Not to mention it was through a text message!

Have used them twice now. Once for toilets through Lowe's and once to replace a shower faucet. Will not use them again. Late both times... took more than 2 hours to replace the faucet. When paying by the hour, I guess it's ok to just milk it

The technicians were thorough and friendly. Ordered a stove from Lowes and it was actually installed about 4 to 5 days sooner than expected.

Brian came out to my home and fixed my plumbing issue. I was happy with the quick reply and quality of the work. The price charged was fair and reasonable.
