Best New Air Conditioner in Lubbock TX

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

AC quit working on a 100+ degree day, called and set up an appt. Technician (Ron) arrived before the scheduled time to arrive. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Fantastic customer service and a more than fair price!! I highly recommend this company I will use no other plumbing service than Joe Rushing Plumbing in the future! A++++++ Johnny Crawford.

I can't thank Turner & Witt enough for always making us a priority! We came in today & our air conditioner was out at the office. The Texas heat is hot in June. They got here quickly & repaired in 10 mins. Thank you for taking care of us!

I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.

The tech came out looked at the heating unit and told me all that was wrong was it needed I thermostat which I provided. I paid $95 for service call plus $100 for labor. I noticed a few days later that the heating unit didn't seem to be getting hot enough to warm the rooms. I called back and they wanted to charge me another $95 dollars to come back out when they should have checked this before leaving. I already paid them to fix it but they didn't fix it and still want to charge me a second time. That's what's wrong with companies like this...double charging.

Very professional. Answered our call on a Sunday and was willing to come out that day if needed. Randy was honest and his expected diagnosis over the phone was spot on. Problem fixed quickly, AC working great. Will use Randy again.

I'm in process of selling my home and the buyer's inspector reported my A/C blower motor was unbalanced. I called Comfort Masters and Sammie called the next morning. When he arrived I asked if he could inspect my A/C verify and state that it is in good operating condition. He had some concern about vibration. Because, the motor is new he believed it was a problem with wheel. He was more than efficient in finding a new one. Sammie replaced it the next day and signed the inspection report as repaired and completed. If I could ad a ⭐️, I would because Sammie's professionalism was above excellent. Comfort Masters was represented well. I highly recommend them for HVAC service.
