From the moment I called to get an estimate through the completion of the repairs, I was extremely impressed at the professionalism of the office staff and the plumbers that did the repairs. My A/C went out last night. I called Duncan early and got their service. A technician called me back quickly. The technician, Steve, was professional, courteous efficient and quick. I feel they changed a fair price for the new motor and labor. I will definitely use them in the future!

Very prompt and courteous service--Technician arrived in 30-40 minutes after my calling. Had my AC going in no time (20 minutes) as he actually lived nearby. Replaced the Capacitor and was on his way after paying with my Visa CC. This was about 5:30 PM on a very hot summer day.

My water heater was under warranty and still got charged 600 for the repair. It has not been the best in dealing with this company and will be mindful in the future.

I was told I would get my ducts checked on my AC on Monday morning and the service men did not show at all or even call to inform me of running late. I waited at home to meet them all morning and it was a waste of time for me. I will call another company to see if I can get it done. Just a call would have been just fine.

We called Lowerys because our builder told us they were affordable and awesome. Within an hr they were at our house fixing the AC. They were quick and extremely knowledgeable. Our technician Phillip was just phenomenal. Such a nice guy. Seeing as this was the 3rd company to come take a look and the only one we liked and actually knew what he was doing I'd recommend them without a doubt!

I've used B&R for about 20 yrs now. Initially I asked for a gas line ran to a hot tub heater in the backyard. Three other companies wouldn't even quote it. B&R did the installation at a reasonable price. I've used them ever since. Reseating toilets, new AC/Heater, replacing leaking gas lines, slab leaks...they've repaired the gamut here. I would highly recommend.

Johnathan was professional and provided exceptional service! The part we needed could not be acquired because the service call became difficult, it extended past the time the parts house was open. He could have left us without air conditioning for the weekend. But he went above and beyond, to make sure we had A/C over the weekend. Due to issues outside his control,, a quick fix, became further complicated and he stuck it out. He could have put a bandaid on it and moved along. But he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, to the manufacturer specifications. I appreciate the professionalism and desire to take care of the customer. Have used them twice and both times they were spectacular! We didn't have to wait several days before anyone could come help us out with our problems and they're very decently priced. Both guys that came over we're really friendly and worked quickly!
