James came out and took care of us. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Earls again when needed. The best part was the customer service.

Very helpful, came out did the job and gave many suggestions for preventive maintenance. No extra fees or sale pitch to add on for a higher bill. Will definitely add them as the go to guys for our Hvac needs.

Christmas Eve we started having water back up in the kitchen and utility room sinks. We called Joe Rushing Plumbing at 11:00 PM. They quickly showed up and cleared the clog (from the roof, in the dark no less!) They were professional and courteous even on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use these guys again!

Very good service. Made diagnostic report, but didn’t have the needed part.
They found needed part the following day and installed. Stayed to make sure all was working properly.
Did not try to sell me on buying brand new heater.
They have always been straight with me.

We always use Earl’s for our plumbing problems. Today was at my sister’s home. Casey was wonderful and fixed the problem. He had great manners and was so polite.

Not impressed I called them said they'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00 am the next day. They were a no call no show. Was home all day!! Not very professional!!🤨 I'd like to make a correction to the above previous review. I'd like to thank Clifton for going out of his way to fix the situation I was Very Pleased with the work done and the outcome of the work.
