Best Heating System Installation in Lubbock TX

Called to have a new water heater installed and they worked me into their schedule. Got it installed quickly. Great to have hot water again!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

We called Duncan because we had a plumbing issue with our toilet, bathtub, and washer. Justin showed up quickly and was very professional. He explained all the issues that caused the clogged pipe and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and I would definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing or AC issues.

AC quit working on a 100+ degree day, called and set up an appt. Technician (Ron) arrived before the scheduled time to arrive. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Fantastic customer service and a more than fair price!! I highly recommend this company I will use no other plumbing service than Joe Rushing Plumbing in the future! A++++++ Johnny Crawford.

After calling 4 other HVAC companies, that either never called back or blew me off like they don't need my business, I called Jay Young. They were out at almost 5:00 the same day, had my a/c fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged way less than I had expected. Thank you

They do great work and in a timely manner. I've tried other companies in Lubbock but this is the best of what I've found. Can be a little bit pricey though.

We had contacted 2 other fix services, and received no response. Aiden arrived Worked and now our home is warm. The price was reasonable.

Courteous, but still waiting for work to be completed. Still have opening in slab and uncovered after 2 weeks.

We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that weren't able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Don't bother with this company.

Phil is one of the nicest and most caring people you will ever meet. He makes sure things are done correctly and truly cares about his customers safety and well being. I can’t say enough good things about Phil and his business.
