I would not recommend this company to anyone. It all starts with their office Manager Cathy. I spoke with her on the phone in regards to an invoice and she was very short and unprofessional. I have also had email correspondence with her, and her email correspondence is also unprofessional. This company should look into addressing their management. The highest plumbing prices I've encountered. They charge excessively for minimal work. I would recommend JD's as an absolute last resort.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. This place is terrible. I used to use them for both air conditioning and plumbing. They are the most expensive and probably the biggest plumber business in town. they have a huge turnover rate for workers all trying to start their own business or leave. I sunk so much money into this place to get my air conditioner and toilets and showers replaced on my house. They were all done poorly, cost a lot, and had follow up problems from the poor installation by bad technicians. Don't use this place, terrible, horrible, mind maddening. Get use to making complaint calls.

Super efficient yet thorough service. I was explained step of the process in a concise and understandable way. Technicians were and exactly on time. Definitely will be using this company again for future services.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.
