They struck our sewer line in the alley, causing a blockage, making it slow, unable to drain properly. Anthony and the team provided same day service, and billed the contractor for any charges. We had a need to replace on of our commodes and Rushing Plumbing came out very quickly and did a wonderful job of replacing our existing commode. Well, we paid the bill and thanked them for their prompt and efficient service.
A couple of weeks later, we got a call from Rhonda Rushing and she informed us that they had inadvertently overcharged us. We received a check from them for the over charge. I like using companies that are efficient like Joe Rushing Plumbing and now they will be our go-to plumbers because they possess HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. It is nice to know there are companies out their like Joe Rushing who do the RIGHT THING.

Scary service. My bathroom floor was warm. We called, he came. He stated he didn't want to crack into the slab. We said we just needed to fix it. He said they would return with supplies. They were a crew of 20 years olds that scattered like ants (one into the attic?) and, suddenly, my house had four large holes in four different rooms including an 3ft x 10ft cavern in the master bedroom and a pile of shattered sheetrock in the corner. The boys never explained what they were doing. I wasn't expecting all of this and asked if they knew anyone who could fix the walls. They said, he will. In 25 minutes they had come and gone. Suddenly, He (Jay Young) appears to check on the work, said looks good and talked about the bill. I asked about the wall repair and he wrote down a number stating Juan's pretty good. The wall repair will cost more than the plumbing rig.

I'm now left with a disaster. They cut and sealed the copper supply lines for warm water and snaked a plastic tube up into the attic and down through the other walls. Water lines laying on top of my insulation? Hey, at least it's hot water and won't freeze! If you need a faucet changed, fine, but don't hire this crew for anything more than that.
