I had them install a large ceiling fan, very professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

They called at 1:00pm, said they were on their way, and AC was up and running by 1:45. Someone else had already come out to work on it before and charged me 385, and didnt fix the problem. Very reasonable and fast. They're in my book as first ones to call. Thank you so much.

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). I've been doing business with Armstrong for 7 years. They have been progressively getting worse with customer service and work. I called and scheduled 2 sets of plumbers to do TWO different jobs at 2 different rent houses. They were supposed to be here at 1, but didn't show up until 3:30.. Then sat in their van for 30 min. Came in the first house and decided they didn't have time to install the toilet, so they wanted to give me a quote and reschedule. I got the distinct impression they didn't want to work since it was so late. I asked where the other set of plumbers were to install the kitchen sink 2 doors down. They didn't know anything about it, but they could install the sink. So let's think about that... They don't have time to install a toilet, but have time to do a complete kitchen sink, faucet and disposal? Well, they got in there and decided they didn't have time to do the sink, but they could now install the toilet!?!?! By this time it was 4:30. I told them to leave, they were lazy and didn't want to do anything! I'm very sad that every time I ask for a certain plumber or AC guy, they no longer work there after being employed since I started using Armstrong. Today was the last straw, I'll be looking for a new plumbing and AC service.

Courteous, but still waiting for work to be completed. Still have opening in slab and uncovered after 2 weeks.

Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.
