Best Faucet Repair in Lubbock TX

We appreciated the promptness of response. Appointment one day for assessment and estimate, and appointment next day to install kitchen faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The only part We were disappointed with, or unsatisfied with, was the cost. He was there less than 30 minutes, which I’d say is a pretty easy fix, and our charge for installation was $175. Let’s see ... that equates to $350/hr. (I’m in the wrong business.) Again, the promptness was appreciated, and the faucet we purchased (from Home Depot) works well, and it was a clean install. We have no issue with the work, or anything ... and we appreciated the handling of the installation being done so quickly. We just didn’t appreciate the cost. Had the cost been more reasonable, we would have given a 5-star rating.

Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

I have used Luke for many items and he is always on time and does great work. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that values quality work. Prices are very reasonable and he is highly skilled in so many areas of work.

Office staff is friendly on the phone and they get someone over very quickly. I've had them over 3 times in the last few years all good experiences! I highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday morning about a leak in my alley. A technician was there within a couple hours. He diagnosed the problem as a leak in an irrigation valve. He said that he couldn’t fix it because only an irrigation guy can do that. I asked him to cap it and he said he couldn’t do that either. He said his work van wasn’t properly outfitted and he didn’t have the necessary parts. Maybe he was telling the truth about not being able to do anything, but based on his attitude about the whole thing, I don’t think he tried very hard. Would not call them again, too many other plumbers in town.

We had our AC leaking water into our home and within 25 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem. This all happened after midnight which didn't stop them from getting to us immediately. Great company and people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Ok, I'm going to save you time! I read hundreds of reviews to get a gist on if I can trust the service I'm going to hire for whatever issue that is making life more stressful, and as such, I don't want to deal with bad service and hire a company that is dishonest. so, I read twenty reviews on each company. Having said all of this, stop, and make this the last review and save your time and hire Bob (Raider Plumbing) for anything related to plumbing including natural gas. He is the most honest guy who is going to give you a more than good price on anything he has to repair! I'm not being hyperbolic with this review just trying to help you make the best decision and Raider Plumbing is just that!

We had a drain leak under a slab foundation, these guys came in and got right to work with minimal mess, they kept us informed throughout the whole job, And they finished under the quoted price. I definitely would recommend them to anybody I know.
