I told him about slow running bathroom sinks and was so helpful with helping those lines run faster, even though that isn’t what he came over to work on. We had same day service. This was nice since they were the 4th call I made. They will be my first call next time!!

My original appointment was scheduled on Friday I never heard from them and after 8 on I received and email from the warranty company that I was rescheduled for the following Monday between 7am and 11. The called and said they’ll be by after lunch, but showed up at 3 and only took pictures of parts needing to be replaced. They finally came the next morning to replace my faucet and stated if I wanted one that matched I’d have to go purchase it or they could go and I’d have to pay the difference. I stated to them that would have been nice to have known the day before and I could’ve done so. I was switched around so much it inconvenienced me trying to find someone to be at my home in between me working myself.

Dee and her apprentice came out on a holiday because we had no hot water. They tried all they could to get it working but it turned out that we needed a new hot water heater. They changed it outfor us in a timely manner and they were very courteous.
