Quick, responsive - from answering the phone, to scheduling, to notifications of timing (that they actually stick to!), and professional service - not to mention, amazing value for what they do! You would expect to call a company of this caliber, and be prepared to pay $300 just for showing up - NOPE! Fair and honest value for the work done! THANKS!

I really enjoy dealing with this company. The service techs are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to answer any and all questions I have for them. They come out twice a year to check my unit and I never have any issues with them.

Josh and Zach came out and made quick work of the repairs needed on my water heater, they were very professional and explained everything to me that they were doing. I will definitely be referring a1 plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.

I used Lowery for a drain cleaning back in 2019. The technician that came out used a hand tool to clear out my bathtub drain, the same type of hand tool that I used. I thought this wouldn't be sufficient but the technician told me that if this didn't clear out the line that they would come back to do a proper cleaning of the line. 4 days later I had a clogged drain again. I called back and I was told I needed to pay again for another drain cleaning. I was a little upset and told them I shouldn't have to pay again since I received poor service the first time the technician came out. Now almost 4 years later, I called to have a drained cleaned and I was told that they would need to get approval to service my house again. This is already 2 almost 3 days after my initial request for service and I didnt get a response. I had to call to check on my status of my request and I was told there was no record of my initial request. All of the other plumbing companies in Lubbock are better then Lowery. Its sad that a company does not want to do business with someone after a little criticism for having poor customer service.
