Tyler was amazing. He had a defective faucet and had to have it replaced. But kept at it till he got it done.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

My A/C went out last night. I called Duncan early and got their service. A technician called me back quickly. The technician, Steve, was professional, courteous efficient and quick. I feel they changed a fair price for the new motor and labor. I will definitely use them in the future!

We used Joe Rushing for sewer repairs due to a tree eating our pipes. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly me stay at the estimated costs. The whole way they communicated with us on where we were on the process and the things that would happen next.

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.

I called for a technician to come and check our Centeral air he came and no more than 15 minutes later left because he says he could not find anything wrong. He said to clean the ac unit that it could be causing blockage we cleaned it ourselves and it still isn’t working . He didn’t leave any information didn’t say what it could be he just said we are really expensive. When I called the call service she stated they would not be able to come me back out till Monday. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with there services I was hoping to get a resolution and did not .
