We had a drain leak under a slab foundation, these guys came in and got right to work with minimal mess, they kept us informed throughout the whole job, And they finished under the quoted price. I definitely would recommend them to anybody I know.

These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. This company did the plumbing when we built 7 years ago ! We have had all kinds of leaks and problems. We are having to have it replumbed at this very moment ! Shoddy work at best . Worst service ever. So do not use unless you want to spend lots more money and have your walls cut into. I would give them a zero if possible .

Scary service. My bathroom floor was warm. We called, he came. He stated he didn't want to crack into the slab. We said we just needed to fix it. He said they would return with supplies. They were a crew of 20 years olds that scattered like ants (one into the attic?) and, suddenly, my house had four large holes in four different rooms including an 3ft x 10ft cavern in the master bedroom and a pile of shattered sheetrock in the corner. The boys never explained what they were doing. I wasn't expecting all of this and asked if they knew anyone who could fix the walls. They said, he will. In 25 minutes they had come and gone. Suddenly, He (Jay Young) appears to check on the work, said looks good and talked about the bill. I asked about the wall repair and he wrote down a number stating Juan's pretty good. The wall repair will cost more than the plumbing rig.

I'm now left with a disaster. They cut and sealed the copper supply lines for warm water and snaked a plastic tube up into the attic and down through the other walls. Water lines laying on top of my insulation? Hey, at least it's hot water and won't freeze! If you need a faucet changed, fine, but don't hire this crew for anything more than that.

Best dang service in Lubbock! Friendly, fast, and inexpensive! Called when they were busy and they still got here fast, finished the job in 30 min! I know who I'll be using again.

Great service .Don and his team have been punctual ,professional ,and knowledgeable in their work They have been my go to for plumbing ,heating and air conditioning problems for 25 to 30 years .Fairly priced and very attentive to their customers needs
