Tommy was great. I've never been on a septic system before so he told me tips and tricks on how to keep it running smoothly. The pumping service itself was fast. He then offered me enzymes as well to flush into the system once a month to break down stuff in the tank. Excellent service all around.

We had a ceiling leak in our dining room. I was really scared because they told me it wouldn’t be until 3-5pm before they could come by but luckily they’re fastest plumber Scott was sent and he got here at 12:40! He is such a professional and very knowledgeable plumber!

He told it like it was without any pressure for us to take one option over another. He is a very personable individual who immediately gained our trust. Chris & Miguel were great today when replacing our water faucets! Very professional, kind and efficient. We had to replace our water heater several months ago and had Chris then, too. He is excellent and we will ask for him in the future when we use Lowery.

They had a gentleman by the name of Sam come to fix my problem and he was very professional and very respectful and I would so recommend these guys for any of your problems.

Called on a Sunday evening around 7 pm about a leak from water meter (thing where shutoff switch is) after LP&L had come out and determined that it’s was not an LP&L issue (go figure). On call gentleman came out and determined problem however due to rain/lightning storm that came through about 10 seconds after problem identified he was unable to fix but assured they will return tomorrow morning to take care of. I have no doubt they will get the job done!

Brian always shows up promptly, fixes any issues we have, and charges a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Spoke with Cody about our hard water issues with our water well. We did not want to go through the hassle of a complete water softener system with salts. Cody did some research, and was able to provide us with an eco and maintenance free solution for our water well. He kept us informed about a parts delay and came out and got us fixed up. He was very clean and thorough. We will continue to use Cody and F3 plumbing in the future!

Outstanding service. Our AC quit right as the 3 digit temps were hitting. Matt came out and diagnosed a leaking coil. Showed me where it was leaking. He discussed all the options I had with me. Answered all the questions I had. I decided the best thing to do would be to replace the 17 year old unit. David and his crew showed up to replace it. They were there at the time they said they would be. Took about 4 or so hours to install a new AC. Everything was installed neat and tidy, just as it should be. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend these guys.
