Mr Crockett and his two man crew showed up early Friday morning 9/25/20 to locate and repair backyard gas leak.They started 9:00am dug up the ground and cutting both end of metal gas line from the alley meter to the outside wall gas line and inserted and ran underground yellow polyethylene gas liner. Later they took the time to enter my home and removed the old gas shut off valves on gas stove, water heater and heating @ a/c and installed new valves and inspected the attic gas line connectors and exhaust vents. After the repairs was done and gas turn on and hot water heater turn back on I notice my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air (Had nothing to do with gas leak repair) compressor wasn’t kicking on Mr Crocket took the time to trouble shoot the problem and finally had the A/C running again. The repair price I was quoted was reasonable and well worth for the repair they provided.
I highly recommend Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C to anyone out there in Lubbock and surrounding areas. I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

JD’s had serviced our home air conditioner for the past 2 years. Bubby is who comes to help us and he is always quick and efficient. Their work and staff is dependable and trustworthy. They get the job done well and advise us on what air filters to use and other ways to conserve energy and maintain a well-working unit. We highly recommend JD’s to everyone!

The work done was done well, they came out quickly enough, and the cost was fair. That being said, we will not use them again. We had a number of issues, but they were all with the administrative staff, so if that doesn't bother you, the technicians were great to work with and we recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

I hired Jay Young Plumbing to connect my new fridge to an existing water line. When the service technicians arrived they said it was such an easy job and were embarrassed to charge the flat service fee of $95. It took them less than 10 minutes to connect the water line to the fridge. I paid cash and kept my receipt that reflected checked for leaks. The next day the bedroom behind my kitchen wall was FLOODED with water from the leaking water line connection. I immediately called Jay Young Plumbing. The same service technician arrived and apologized for the leak and the damage it had caused. I cleaned up the mess while the technician worked on correcting their mistake. I had a flight to catch so the technician stopped the leak and instructed me to call upon my return to fix the problem. After returning, I contacted Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out a different technician who ended up running the line from my water heater via the attic to the fridge (something I was unaware that was possible). Upon his completion he handed me second invoice for $375. I informed the technician of the situation so he directly called Jay Young (owner) on speaker phone. Jay Young was extremely rude to the technician (his employee) and hung up on him. The technician asked me to sign the invoice agreeing to pay the additional $375 ( I did not). Instead I called the office directly and asked to speak to Jay Young. I attempted to give him the details of my situation, in a rude and aggressive tone Jay Young said he didn't care and hung up on me. I called the office a second time and spoke with Jay Young's wife. She informed me that her husband was having a bad day and apologized for his behavior. I later received a past due invoice in the mail. I attempted to reach out again with no solution as it was my fault that my house was old. A year later I became aware of the fact that Jay Young placed a mechanics lien on my home for $375. The title company said they had never seen a lien for such a small amount. Long story short....DO NOT contract Jay Young. Not only did they not complete such an easy job correctly, they are downright rude and unprofessional.

Yesterday my mom called Kristie and made an appointment for me for today, after 12pm, and herself for next week.
Today my mom came over and stayed to wait with me. At 1:30 Kristie called my mom to confirm my address and said they were on their way. At 2:40, I called Kristie to make sure they had the right address. She said between 1-3, right?(this was 15 minutes till 3). At 5pm I called again and Chuck answered. I explained the above and he said I guess we really screwed that up, didnt we. I let him know I was calling a different company. Done, Done and Done.
